CALVES & ANKLES / 15
Tibialis Raise
Sets: 3–4 · Reps: 15–25
Build active dorsiflexion by pulling the toes toward the shin.
Short range: Short range means the target muscle finishes squeezed in its shortened position.
WHY IT EARNS A SPOT
Own the position,
then earn the load.
The tibialis anterior shortens as the foot dorsiflexes. Distance from the wall provides a clean, equipment-free loading dial.
